This masterclass will walk you through the basics of brain development, in order to meet developmental bumps in the road with compassion and understanding.

Professional Play Therapist Ellie will equip you with the language and tools to support your children in navigating emotional challenges, whilst considering the vital importance of nurturing your own needs in order to nurture those of your children.

The 2 hour workshop delves into practical techniques for fostering emotional regulation and building stronger connections. By exploring the Window of Tolerance theory, participants will gain insights into managing stress and maintaining emotional balance, promoting healthier and more resilient family relationships.

The result? A more harmonious and nurturing family environment where every family member is able to thrive.
